In all my years of buying this product, not once did Shiseido NZ or overseas ever reply to my emails about their products. Also dealing with the other retailers that stock it was not a good experience. You ask for samples, but always told no stock??? I thought I'll give my old pharmacy a try..so bought my first orders online with Life Pharmacy-Manukau, If I could give you more stars I would..the best thing about here is you don't have to wait for ages to get your vouchers, and the prices are so much cheaper. Thank you, to Joyce, and the online crew, for my gift. Also for the awesome friendly communication. Most of all getting my order to me with no hassles! I recently visited life pharmacy and had a fantastic experience with the Revlon counter manager Precious. I was looking for a new lipstick. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and even helped me find the perfect shade that complements my skin tone. She was so friendly and made the entire shopping experience enjoyable. I and my wife had appointment for Covid booster dose at 11.15am and 11.30am respectively on Saturday 8th July. We got a call from the pharmacy at 9.54am on Saturday from their staff who was to administer the vaccine saying that that he was sick and our appointments were required to be rescheduled. We agreed to move them to the next day (Sunday 9th July) at 10.45am and 11am respectively as suggestedby him. When we reported to Pharmacy on Sunday, they couldn't find our appointments. The person who rang us promised to send email and the text message to confirm the change. The text message and the email appeared straight away and we rightly assumed that they were the confirmation ones for the change and didn't go through the details. While at pharmacy, we tried to produce the text and the email and realised that the amended text and email had the new times but the date wasn't changed. After some reluctance, they did accomodate us for the vaccine but we were surprised to see the gap in communication and negligence on the part of the person calling us and changing the appointment. Even after me showing them my incoming call log, the staff on the counter had no idea who could have rang us. We asked the question that who was absent sick yesterday and the response was just a blank look. They asked us our NHI numbers despite the fact that they were provided while booking the appointments. I showed them the NHI numbers on my mobile screen on the web portal that she copied and blamed me for not giving her the correct number. Mistakes do happen but the way the staff presented themselves was pretty unwilling and unprofessional. I have the text messages and the emails validating the above if someone is interested in looking at them.

I bought a face mask there and after that I went to Chemist Warehouse and found a much better deal, so I decided to return the mask to the life pharmacy. It was just a few minutes after I had bought it but the lady didn't accept to refund and offered an exchange. I didn't need to buy anything else so I asked her for some credits instead but she refused because their gift cards start from $20 and the mask was less than that. She kept saying that their policy is written on the receipt and they never refund anything. I think their policy is not customer friendly and it's the customer's right to buy the best deal but she said they never refund for the change of mind. I wouldn't definitely recommend Manukau Life Pharmacy because they don't respect customer's right and their service is poor.
Went two times for ear piercing but not still not satisfied. The ladies told they are not responsible and it's upto customer . Now if its upto customer what are you guys trained for, we are not professional ,we can make a guess only. When I said its still uneven she said you are making a fuss. Well that's good way to say I am not Responsible. Not happy
I HATE coming to this place. Judgemental staff who follow you as if you’re going to steal something, specifically the Indian lady working there! Everytime I come here I hope she’s not working as she is just soooo unwelcoming and will constantly ask if you need help multiple times even though you’ve advised “it’s okay” and you know they’re only asking because they’re skeptical. Will be going in Thursday if it’s the same situation as the above this matter will be escalated. No room in 2023 for racism and poor customer service AT ALL
