Didn't have the exact shoe I was after. But had another one worth buying. Quick, efficient service once I decided what I was going to buy.
Was in this store at 2:15 Sun Feb 9th & was TOTALLY ignored by the lady 'serving'. Knew exactly the shoes wanted, no-one else around & this madam couldn't have cared less, didn't even look up once. Tried to get her attention to no avail. Walked out to another store where the service was outstanding. No wonder their store was rocking!
This would have to be one of the fastest online orders I've received!!! :) And THANKS HEAPS to the person who took a minute out of their day to write a little personalized note. All the shoes I ordered were great value, their sales are awesome!
Served by Christian, who had great customer service. (I think that was his name). Nice variety of shoes, especially those on sale. Have shopped here twice. Both times have been a pleasant experience.
Genuinely surprised that Hype DC stocked Hoka running shoes as i was walking past after leaving shoe clinic. Upon entering the store, I was served by Kobe from start to finish and had made my experience a great one. Effortless service and overall great dude. Thank you! Would recommend!
Wonderful customer service, served by a chatty young woman. Didn’t have the shoes I wanted in stock so she ordered them from another store and they were delivered the next day. Will definitely buy shoes from them again
Went in store to buy myself new shoes on the 19th , Was told they didn't have the shoes in the store but would order them and send to me. Was told i would have them by Tuesday 24th. Thursday 26th i used live chat to find out as i hadn't heard about my shoes. they told me they will look into it. 30th just contacted to find out whats happening with order and told them i want to cancel order. Been told the order can not be cancelled. Will not be shopping through HYPE DC again
