   I’ve been visiting this café regularly and filled up their loyalty card, which clearly says “Buy 9 drinks and get the 10th free.” Today, after purchasing my ninth drink, the waitresses refused to honour the free one. They seemed unwilling to acknowledge their own loyalty program, which was disappointing and felt unprofessional.
