   Mithaiwala on K Road is an absolute gem! The food is full of flavor, fresh, and beautifully prepared.    I ordered Gajar Halwa from this restaurant, and after keeping it in the fridge for just half a day, I noticed fungus growing on it. This raises serious concerns about the quality and safety of the food being served. I believe the council should inspect this establishment, as it appears that proper food safety and hygiene standards may not be followed.

   Worst food quality, order pakora and chaa which i believe one of the worst quality i eat in my entire life. Pakora just stuffed with 99% of besan and 1% of onion and potatoes and i guess chaa was made couple of weeks ago that i got.

   Absolutely love this place! The food is incredibly delicious — rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care. I especially appreciate that it’s all vegetarian, with so many great options to choose from. The desserts are amazing too! Perfectly sweet and full of authentic flavor — definitely save some room for them. The building itself looks amazing — really stylish and full of character, it adds a lot to the whole dining experience. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, which makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. And the best part? It’s really affordable for the quality you get. Highly recommended if you’re looking for great Indian food in a cool spot.

   Worst Customer Service Experience, Worst food packaging, Totally not worth a visit. I ordered a medium kadhai panner curry takeaway which came with 3 pieces of paneer and whole lot of capsicum priced at $8.99. A chaat that spilled all over inside my bag. Frontline lady staff who was so rude, refused to explain the name of the curries when asked politely (I am not a North Indian and I do not know the name of the curries, I had to explain myself to place an order). I did not expect her to be chit chatty with me, I only expected service and quality for the money I paid. $16 of my hard earned money I could have spent it at any other takeaway but I chose Mithaiwala, which gave me a very disappointing experience.
