   This was my first time shopping with Rubbertree, and unfortunately, it has been a very frustrating experience. I ordered a tailormade sun shade that was supposed to come with a carry bag, which I paid an extra $10 for. However, when the sun shade arrived, there was no indication that the carry bag was out of stock. After several calls (on 20 Nov, 25 Nov, and 3 Dec), I was told the bag was on its way each time, but it never arrived. On 8 Dec, I sent an email requesting a refund for the carry bag, as I no longer wanted to wait. It’s now 11 Dec, and I still haven’t received a response to my email, nor have I received the carry bag or the refund I requested. While I understand the Black Friday sale may cause delays, this level of poor communication and failure to deliver what I paid for is beyond frustrating. I’ve been more than patient at this point, but I’m left feeling completely dissatisfied. I paid extra for something I never received, and my first experience with Rubbertree has unfortunately been a waste of time. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

   All fitted — happy enough with the back seat, although it’s slightly misaligned (not a deal-breaker). However, I’m not very happy with the front seat fit — you can judge for yourself, but I’ve bought seat covers for my Amarok before and those had a much better fit in that vehicle. I do realise these seats aren’t the easiest to fit, but overall, the front fit has left me disappointed. Not sure I would purchase again because of this. I recently received the floor mats for my Ineos Grenadier and am extremely satisfied with the purchase. The fit is perfect, the quality appears excellent, and the packaging and delivery were handled very well. Communication throughout has been clear and helpful. I am awaiting a resolution regarding the fit of the front seat covers and will update my review accordingly, but overall I am very pleased with the service and product. Communication at first great then sadly I had to ring them several times after I returned items that were wrong and items that just did not fit. I purchased seat covers and unfortunately the fit was not right. After a long back and forth, I was only offered half a refund, which leaves me out of pocket and still needing to find matching front seats. It feels like the company wasn’t prepared to put in the time and effort to get a better fit, which has cost me both time and money. I would have expected a full refund given the circumstances. Was refunded in full . Thanks

   Ordered a full set of deep dish rubber mats at the fieldays in Hamilton. I had to laugh when I found out RubberTree are based in Glendene, and I live in Henderson. Anyway the mats are great, only issue was the drivers side mat didn’t line up properly. A quick phone call and trip to Glendene, and they replaced the mat with the correct one.

   The price of the boot mat is great, especially with the added bonus of free shipping. Since it’s made to order, it gives a premium and customized feel. The material is of good quality — it feels nice to the touch and fits securely in the boot without slipping. One thing I really appreciated was the service — the staff I dealt with were very friendly and professional, which made the whole experience even better. The only downside is the accuracy of the fit. As shown in the photo I uploaded, one side has noticeable gaps while another fits snugly with no extra room. This inconsistency in fitment could be improved to better match the dimensions of the boot area.

   Really great to deal with, had problems with my C card was able to via eft-pos with direct payment, leed time to manufacture storm visors (goes on top of door frams to stop rain coming in) 4 weeks, had them in 2 weeks. Wow! Most impressive, have included 2 pics for you all.

   After lots of time on the internet trying to find mats for my Ioniq5 decided to give RubberTree a go. the rubber mats were PERFECT FIT as advertised, came sooner than expected with good communication in between. next I'll be getting car seat covers and prob same for wife's car.    I highly recommend RubberTree for their Classic Carpet Car Mats. Communication with their customer service was prompt and clear. After placing my order I was contacted by Georgia regarding which driver side mat shape matched my vehicle because there were two options for its make, year, and model. The mats arrived a couple of weeks after confirmation. I had ordered a full set of black Classic Carpet Car Mats for my 2014 Toyota Aqua. The mats fit perfectly. As advertised, they look and feel like original equipment manufacturer (OEM) mats at a fraction of the price. I highly recommend paying for the additional heel pad on the driver's side. The material is durable and looks great; better than otherwise gradually scuffing a bald spot into the carpet. The carpet mats are very easy to maintain. These photos were taken at 2 months after daily use and fortnightly cleaning. RubberTree were professional in their service and their "Classic Car Mats" are of OEM quality. Many friends and family were quick to notice the car's new fitout and are impressed by the tailored fit and the enduring plushness and appearance.
