   Renee. Really amazing. I needed an uncomplicated look ; new hair style , trim, colour and straighten for a TV gig and Renee was amazing. More than 12 years of experience and it shows in her skills. Also very personable and courteous so time flies fast.    I have been coming here for almost two years to have my eyebrows threaded, never had a bad experience before, I especially like it when Renu is available to do my eyebrows as she is so warm, personable and does an amazing job. Today she wasn’t working, so I had them done by Naomi. I’m not normally one to complain but I left the store feeling very underwhelmed. She barely greeted me on arrival and didn’t say a word to me the entire time except for directing me to hold my eyebrows up when needed. It seemed like she was having a bad day and I felt it. At the end of the threading she just left the room without saying anything. When I looked in the mirror she had done an OK job but left plenty of hairs behind that I then had to go home and pluck myself. I did not enjoy this experience and will not be getting her to thread my eyebrows again.

   Has been my go-to for eyebrow threading and reshaping since I was introduced to them back in 2018. By far the best, and most experienced. Clean, fast and clearly skilled in their trade. Highly recommend P.S: Speaking from a males perspective, just do it lads and have no shame in taking care of yourself and looking and feeling good

   I had a very disappointing experience with their eyebrow service. My brows were threaded unevenly, with one side left very thin and the other noticeably thicker. I only realized how bad it looked once I got to my car. When I went back to let them know, the lady at the counter admitted they were uneven and suggested that, because my eyebrows are thin, I should just use a pencil to fix them. I didn’t want them to attempt fixing it, as it would have meant taking too much off the other side. I definitely do not recommend them.

   Omg, they are amazing. I though that I was speaking to the place outside countdown. They fixed my eyebrows after the young woman threaded them. Left a hole and gaps in the colour. So Thankyou less I won't ever go back to the other place

   The staff was not listening to the requirements. She said she is too busy and didn't show professional manners, was rude. She didn't apply even a cream after the eyebrow threading and upper lip hair removal. Service Taken: 23/03/2023 at 6.30 PM.
