Just stopped in for a coffee. Menu looked very good. Coffee was good, also had a afghan biscuit, big and delicious. Decor pretty simple, service friendly and prompt. Will come back and try a bigger meal another day
On the corner of onehunga mall and church. Alfresco opposite St Peter’s you too can enjoy excellent food from a well practiced champion. Totally worth the wait we found Urban lists review to be accurate and will be back!
Popped in here today for a quick smoothie. The staff were lovely and very welcoming! They had loads of delicious sandwiches in the cabinet and a full menu I can tell they are a local favorite. Looking forward to popping by again! Jess, Hospitality Specialist Kakapo Business Sales
Cute little place off Onehunga Mall, friendly Service and Tasty Food at a good price. Also Gluten-free options available. Parking is available in front of the shop along Onehunga Mall. I believe that our friends from AT have slashed the 180 Min Parking till 30 Minutes and are enforcing it hard. If you’re there with the car make sure you’re having an eye on it. Otherwise worth giving it a try for yourself.
Hard to overstate just how great this place is. Great coffee and brilliant food. If you're looking for a filling vege breakfast this is your place. North Indian eggs and Fluffy pancakes pictured.
Edit: I won't lower the overall rating despite the rude response from the owner but I would like to clarify some things at the end ---------- $21 for one poke bowl Had heard great things about this cafe but was thoroughly disappointed considering the price. The portion was quite small and I was hungry pretty soon afterwards, there was very little edamame and cucumber and the rice was a little dry but also mushy All the information for the poke bowl was outside the cafe with no menu or reference for it inside. Overall not great and I would personally go elsewhere for a bigger portion for cheaper ---------- Edit: 1. When we asked if there was a limit on toppings we received a loud sigh and an eyeroll. 2 or 3 of the toppings we wanted were also unavailable that day. Obviously the assumption then is that there is a limit and that if you order more toppings you get less of each, and vice versa. 2. When you refuse to answer basic questions from customers of course things are going to go wrong. Believe it or not customers can not actually read your mind and magically interpret menus that are not updated 3. Being a small business means nothing to me if you are going to be actively rude to every mildly negative review you get. Other customers might have had great experiences with the customer service, value, and portion sizes, but ultimately I did not. 4. Further edit: we asked and received no answers. We are unhappy customers so is my review not your best mode of learning as you said?
Cute little place with great food. The Poke bowl was amazing!! The pastry as well as drinks also didn’t disappoint. Feel like I’ve found a little gem! Definitely coming back very soon to try something else out. Loving this place at first try!
Best in Onehunga. Cute little cafe that serves excellent Allpress coffee, incredible poké bowls and tasty cafe fare. We had Mushrooms on toast with a poached egg and rocket with Parmesan sprinkle - really good and the egg was done perfectly. Also pictured is the poké bowl - so good I’ll definitely be back.
We were drawn to this place because they serve pokebowls - a popular Hawaiian cuisine, they do them well. Coffee is good, not many places can do long blacks well. Aside from pokebowls, they also have a brunch menu, and the french toast was really good. Although it's more like a dessert than a breakfast item, so it'll be a good one to share.
