   We had such a wonderful stay at this motel! A huge shout-out to the friendly staff—they kindly provided a baby cot for free without us even asking in advance. It made our trip with a little one so much easier and stress-free. The room was cozy, the location was perfect, and we’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in town. Highly recommend for families!

   Great little place, very quiet. Double check your bookings :-( they cancelled 1 of the 3 rooms we booked (apparently they guy who booked us no longer worked there?) Members of our party had to return home to the eastern bay of plenty after our concert. So not cool.

   Our little weekend away staycation was blissful and relaxing the room with an absolutely amazing view. The host was absolutely adorable always having had a smile on her face asked if we need anything. We were close to eateries supermarket. We definitely stay again

   We stayed here for a week and had an amazing stay. Room was lovely and clean and well set up for what we needed. Motel is in a fabulous location, couldn’t be in a better place; super close to the shops and great views from the room of the marina. The place has a lovely, quiet and peaceful vibe. The staff and service here has been top notch. We had some special requirements for our stay and they were able to facilitate these very well. I would highly recommended this motel to others, and would happily come back and stay again!

   Excellent stay - Back for a 2nd time and this time with our kids and small dog and our room was perfect! large room for us all and very new and clean and comfortable. lovely staff too always makes us feel so welcoming. will definitely be back. we highly recommend!!

   Had we read the reviews i doubt we would have booked there. But in its favour manager responded well,room was clean, bed very comfortable but never realised no service unless requested. Location was stunning but many rooms being refurbished. All units have been very well used so doors n windows were a bit insecure.

   Booked a room then a family emergency came up so called straight back to cancel and they still charged my card for a nights stay. Tried to be polite and reason but the owner, an incredibly rude Chinese woman refused to listen. Even earlier when they showed me the room I was hesitant as it was dirty and had a general unclean smell. I've encouraged many people I know to stay clear of this horrible place. Perhaps the owner needs to learn about common courtesy and customer service.
