Absolutely beautiful hotel, with amazing service! Rooms are immaculately clean and staff are so friendly and accommodating. The views at night are beautiful and the convenience of being close to the Westfield Manukau is second to none. I would highly recommend this place over and over again! A 5star rating isn’t enough I would rate 100/5 :)
Top service from start to finish. We stay here every time in Auckland and are always met with excellent customer service, friendly helpful staff and clean rooms with all you could need. We left an item here recently and the staff were extremely helpful in finding it and getting it back to us. Highly recommend!
These apartments were perfect for me and my little family. The location is excellent, with a shopping centre just across the road, convenient on-site parking at a low cost, and a smooth check-in and check-out process. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment, which was ideal for our needs. This will definitely be my go-to place to stay whenever we visit Auckland as it ticks all the boxes!
Not bad, undercover parking with a shopping mall across the road. Bedroom is way too small,gotta go sideways to squeeze past the bed to exit the room. Shower head keeps collapsing. Staff is really friendly and attend to your needs promptly!
A great place to stay. In room amenities are awesome. Washer and dryer in the bathroom, Netflix and streaming from your phone available. Even has its own coffee pod machine. What more could you ask for. Definitely recommend.
Loved my one night stay at Proximity Apartments. One night work trip but could have stayed for a week. Room felt spacious with the 3 balconies, one of them covered in which was nice. Great view from my corner room. Loved the washer and dryer and laundry powder sachet provided. Also having all the apps available on the tv was good. Parking building handy, very close to the mall and surrounding attractions. Lovely Maori lady on reception when checking in and very helpful, as we're all the staff. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
