   Friendliest staff members , always happy and accommodating. We have stayed here several times . This is our go to motel within Auckland. Comfy beds , beautiful spa bath , good pressure showers . 5 min drive to local Botany town mall , super markets , restaurants , gyms , service stations. Uber friendly area Highly recommend

   Bed wasn't comfortable at all. Mold in bathroom channels that were meant to be available were not, and they say the rooms had Netflix, but unless u have a Netflix account, you can not watch.

   I needed a place to stay after a home renovation project extended to another day. Botany Palms was the best priced motel I found online in the area. I got a deal from Agoda offering $80.00 per night. Within minutes of booking, I received both an SMS and email from the motel, letting me know of check-in procedures and contact numbers. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by reception, and the check-in process was quick. Plenty of carparking was available. I was extremely pleased with the friendliness and genuine warmth of welcome received.

   Checking in late a room with a spa after a pretty long day was just what the doctor ordered. Lovely rooms and staff so accommodating and friendly. Cheers guys for a lovely evening. Thanks for coming out later even though there was a sign no late check ins. Really appreciate it

   Having numbers of Young families housed here by WINZ created a noise issue but proprietor was efficient and friendly which we were satisfied with. Rooms were clean and tidy.

   Easy drive to the shopping centre and lovely streets to walk in. Dirty bathroom floor, rubbish bin not emptied from previous guest, no sheets for fold out sofa no towel for extra person. We were given another room which had a super noisy expel air in the bathroom which needed to run if we wanted light (there ws no window) there was a sign to wash and dry our dishes or we would be charged - there was no dishcloth or tea towel! The owner blamed all this on their new cleaners, I think management needs to work on this...

   The unit wr were in was clean and tidy however it is false advertising saying there is a sofa bed in the single bedroom units suitable for an extra person. It was not a proper sofa bed. It was hard as nails and slopes down on one side. It was not even made up correct with only on sheet There were towels for only two people. We brought it to the attention of the owner who only had an extremely bad attitude and was nit interested in customer service. The settee which would be the name not a sifa bed keep me yp all night. The following day wementioned this again this time to a different oerson at the front desk we got a lot better assistance and at the end of the day there was a trunler bed in the room. It was comfortable and not like hard concrete. Why could the owner not offer this the night before. This woman owner is not interested in oroviding good service just bad attitude because she knew the bedding was poor.
