   Excellent room for 3 people, double storied with single bed (very comfortable), TV, kitchen with hob, microwave, fridge and utensils plus toilet with shower, sink.. upstairs has large queen bed, single bed with double wardrobe..Great motel layout, 2 washing machines, 2 dryers a large pool & sauna @ $15..Heaps of off street parking..The reception ladies were the best Iv come across, so nice & very informative.. Highly recommend this place & for the size room a great price..

   Reception staff are wonderful. When I phoned I was strongly advised booking online was cheaper. It was. We had an Executive room (Rm 36) which was so clean & tidy, and also showed signs of having been recently refurbished. It did however smell old and musty. As an Executive room a higher standard is expected, but this room didn't deliver. The blind in the bedroom was very loose, and allowed way too much light for one trying to sleep. The bed was incredibly lumpy, especially on the left side. I woke after 2 hours sleep with incredible pain on my left glute thanks to springs parallel to the side edge causing much havoc. Seriously, I recommend you contact Flatpack Company and invest in some of their mattresses as the bed in Rm 36 really is quite shocking and not worthy of a standard room, let alone an Executive one. We would have left after the 1st night but being Long weekend there was no other motel available. Overall, the motel's location is great as not only is it literally within 5 mins walk to major super markets, strip malls, eateries etc ... but if you're lucky like we were, you too will enjoy the free, very loud concerts on offer courtesy of the local bars, and the locals residing at this venue. I appreciate the safe roof over our heads, but wonderful staff aside, based on our experience this venue was "mutton dressed as lamb". I would rate it no higher than a 3. I do not recommend this motel sorry. The Reception and Cleaning staff really are wonderful though.

   This motel was awesome. 5min walk to a shopping centre. Cooking facilities, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. A bonus, just 10 to 15mins away from the Airport.

   Very arrogant manager. Our room should have been ready by 2pm but the manager said its not ready because of room service got late to clean the rooms. When i called back to check if it's ready, she said we have to wait for another 20 minutes and still its not guaranteed it will be ready by that time. We had to cancel our booking.

   BEWARE!!!! Motel is used for EMERGENCY HOUSING. I paid 245.00 for a two level room (not worth $100.00 let alone $245.00) The windows were filthy, stained carpet, bits of rotting wood in various places, cobwebs and the couch in the room was heavily stained with arm rests soiled with black grime. Very outdated. The hosts of motel were nice but should have disclosed the state of the room. I have since found out that this motel is also used for Emergency Accomodation for Work & Income people. I will not be booking there again.

   If you're one for take outs and shopping this lodge is the perfect spot, as everything is within walking distance. Stayed 3 nights to get over my jet lag. Bed had electric blanket. Perfect for those cold nights. A small heater was inside the room but didnt bother using. Room was neat and tidy. Would definitely return again

   I really appreciated being able to check into my room in the early hours of the morning with prearrangement with reception. Spa bath in the room is lovely. The location is on a busy road but close to many shops and easy access to freeway.

   We had an incredible stay here. We were here for my sons tag competition so we stayed here. I was greeted by two lovely ladies at the front counter, lovely customer service, nothing was a burden for them, lovely smiles and even had a laugh... This is the first impression and how i knew we were going to enjoy our stay. Nice spacious clean rooms, great airflow, we stayed in the top rooms and were going to be out for the whole day so this was a place to relax and sleep after a long day and that we did, nice comfy beds, tv for my son to watch while he relaxed. Lots of 'storage' places to put luggage so you didn't feel cramped, good lighting and a great view off the deck. There is a pool there however we didn't use it as we were out all day and returned back late but definitely would be nice on a hot summers day. Location is very central to supermarkets, mall, eating places. Very affordable accommodation, you get what you pay for and that is value. I will 100% be staying here again and highly recommend. :)

   We enjoyed a few nights here recently The price is reasonable and the location is close to the airport and heaps of places to eat. There is a large supermarket over the road so really it had everything. The motel itself was fine. The service crew were a great bunch of friendly happy people who ensured the room was clean and looked after each day. Really excellent. TJ on the front counter was a joy. What a smile and can do attitude, so often neglected. She really helped us out. Thank you. The motel was on the flight path but the noise levels were actually very low so that was not an issue at all. The only issue was a loud outdoor concert one day that was very loud. Probably never happen again so can't say that is the motel's fault! Parking is a little tight but it is included and every one seemed to manage. Overall, we were impressed.
