   I have been working with Chrissy since the start of 2022. I found her via a referral on my local community page when I was about 5 months postpartum after having my 2nd baby and needed someone that could come to my house. Since the studio opened I have been going in to do my sessions and have been really enjoying the space. Chrissy has been wonderful at working with my slow and steady pace while I fit in workouts around busy family life. She has a gentle approach that is mindful of woman's' physiology, especially postpartum! I have now lost over 12kgs and can see my goal in site. Thank you Chrissy :)

   BarreOne Studio has been an absolute game-changer for me at 67! After retiring three years ago, I struggled with injuries and staying fit & motivated. But then I discovered BarreOne, and wow, what a difference it made! Chrissy, the owner/instructor, has been awesome from day one. She helped me with my form and kept me encouraged throughout. The best part is the variety of classes on offer. I love the strength classes for cardio and muscle development, and the barre classes have done wonders for my posture and flexibility. I've been going to BarreOne for two years now, currently taking four classes a week and enjoying every moment. If you're looking for a place to get fit, have fun, and feel supported no matter your age, I highly recommend BarreOne Studio. It's been an incredible journey, and I'm loving every minute of it!

   I was looking for an enjoyable way to get fit as I had lost enthusiasm for the gym. My daughter suggested barreone and I love it. Great mix of Toning and strength classes. Fantastic team who encourages you make it fun. Best place ever.

   Have been a part of Barreone since it opened, I can’t recommend it enough. Great community of women. I use to be worried going alone but Chrissy makes sure everyone feels welcome and comfortable. She is an amazing coach. Always leave feeling accomplished too.

   Chrissy was an awesome personal trainer!! She is very professional, and really knowledgeable and very nice. Every one of her sessions was very challenging and super fun. I really enjoyed working with her, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to work with a PT at home :)
