I had a high performance microdermabrasion with Koi and absolutely loved it. Very professional service. Koi was amazing - friendly and knowledgeable. It didn't feel rushed and no upselling of year long packages which was nice.
I had the best treatment with Bree, she was so nice and listened to my concerns about my skin and delivered results i can actually see so I will definitely be back to see her

I want to share my 5 star experience with Cosmetics Glenfield. They are very hospitable, polite, and kind. In fact, they treat each customer like their own family. One staff really stands out among them, Ma’am Grace. I really admire how she works and deal with her clients. She never forgets to greet everyone with a smile, very friendly, accommodating, and make you feel at home. Moreover, she is good at what she does and explains the procedures in a detailed manner that the client understands. I am very happy and lucky to have met such an amazing staff with Cosmetics. Although my experience having cosmetic therapies only exists in this clinic and doesn't have much anything to compare it to, I am glad that I have made a great choice in choosing The Cosmetic Clinic Glenfield branch. Before I courageously decided to go to this branch, I had a consultation from another cosmetic clinic, which was fine, too. They seemed to be helpful. However, it is one of those times were you had that instinct and a feeling that it isn't for you. Fast forward to the day of my consultation with The Cosmetic Clinic at Glenfield, I met Grace / Gracie White, and instantly without much knowledge between us, she managed to make me feel relaxed and that whatever issue I was having, she answered me with all honesty and direct to the point which I think is very important when it comes to giving your patients or clients a clear picture of what's the reality of achieving your desired results. I liked that she is not promising over-the-moon expected results and would abuse you to allure you into getting more treatments and products to make a sale. She engages with her patients actively, and she has a passion for doing her job. Even when your sessions and treatments are all done, she remembers to check on you and follow you up with the regime that you must adhere to have a successful journey and achieve that goal that both of you set on the day of your consultation. Grace is a talented and very competent therapist. She is, without a doubt, a tremendous asset to that branch! Thank you for a fantastic journey! What a star she is!
