   I would like to sincerely commend Shawn for his professionalism and diligence. The GP had prescribed an incorrect dosage, which Shawn identified promptly and advised us to contact the GP for clarification. As it turned out, the prescription was indeed incorrect. Shawn could have simply dispensed the medication as written, but instead went above and beyond to ensure patient safety. This level of care is truly appreciated. Thank you, Shawn, for your outstanding service. Merry Christmas and best wishes for the future.

   Friday 16 May 2025 at aproximately 7 pm , my wife had just undergone a 3 hr Shoulder surgery . The discharge nurses at Columba were Brilliant , very caring , compassionate + professional. They told us to get my wifes Medicines from the Ascot pharmacy downstairs. The Indian behind the Counter came across as unfriendly , impatient , beligerent + arrogant and his command of the English Language was poor. He kind of threw the medicine into a paper bag instead of placing it in. His whole demeanour + behaviour was Strange , to say the least . He also looked dishevelled + was Scruffily dressed. Considering hes dealing with the public of New Zealand this is clearly not good enough and demonstrates the substandard + poor quality customer service that seems to be the norm now in this Country. Third world service really.

   I arrived at 8:45 p.m. to purchase cold and flu tablets with my husband. The two women behind the counter were engaged in gossip and completely disregarding our presence. They didn’t even bother to ask if we needed assistance. When we approached the counter with our purchase, their conversation continued unabated. We were essentially ignored. I understand that it’s late, but a bit of courtesy and respect for customers would be greatly appreciated.

   Very disappointed last Friday, went to get a prescription filled and found they are now applying a "Holiday surcharge", despite Govt saying no charge on scripts?? Also thought I got doubled charged for item that Hospital said would be $50 - they charged me $112 - say have different supplier to competitors? Looks like new Mgmnt - I've being using this pharmacy for 20 years, but reluctant to go back as seems to be price gouging now??

   I had surgery at Ascot hospital in February. The staff were so accommodating, and lovely to deal with when filling my medical scripts before leaving even up to last week when I requested my receipts to be emailed to me from that time period in February. Excellent service, and staff.

   2 weeks ago I went in to get some medication for my cough, the lady who served me was very helpful and the pharmacist too, I told them I was breastfeeding and they gave me the correct medication for my cough. Good service.
