   Always greeted warmly and the staff are very efficient. However, often see and hear rude, impatient customers with unreasonable demands. So don’t believe many of the other reviews. The staff always try their hardest to please. And I’ve owned my own health practice for over 20 years!

   This is a great pharmacy. The staff are friendly and helpful. They do get a bit busy sometimes, but they work quickly and efficiently when they know you are waiting. I have been in numerous times with questions, or needing advice and I have always found them informed and helpful.

   very long waiting for prescriptions , by reading the respond of the store manager to other complains , look like they are full of excuses , instead of making excuses please upgrade your system and fix the problem , you have to many complain about long waiting :(

   Overall the staff here are great - especially recently. They've been helpful and compassionate, and I really appreciate their hard work and care. However, there is a pharmacist who's worked here for years, a woman called Margaret (I think) who I've seen be SO RUDE to customers, so many times. It's actually pretty shocking. I would never normally call someone out by name (everyone has bad days), but it really is unacceptable to see how sharp, snappy and just downright rude she is with customers, especially in a healthcare setting. She needs to go on a People Skills 101 training course ASAP!

   As of this year, the service of this pharmacy has been incredible! I believe her name is Andrea (that's what the receipt said anyway) was extremely kind, sweet and always makes my experience far more enjoyable than you'd ever think a prescription pick up would be- she totally makes my day every time!

   Regularly use this pharmacy as it is next to the doctors i visit. Never had any issues and staff are always friendly and welcoming. At times there can be a wIt for prescriptions especially at busy times but mostly I wait around 5 minutes.
