   Absolutely stunning rooms. All freshly renovated. We stayed here twice. Very well furnished love the couches. The beds are great. The smart tv has all apps not like other places. The free wifi speed is great. Air con in every room. Large shower with toiletries provided all for sensitive skin. Fully functioning kitchen with appliances. The place is under new management. The owners are very friendly. They own another accommodation so we had to call them when we were there to check in. They didn’t take long to arrive. There’s other rooms towards the back that look bad but they’re from other owners. Around $165 NZD for one night. Definitely recommend this hidden gem.

   Fantastic newly renovated suites, under new management. Just be aware you may need to call the reception number and wait 5-10 minutes for them to arrive as they are not always on site when checking in. Everything was new and great, seems like a slightly dodgy part of town but didn't have any problems. There are other rooms in the complex that look very bad but they are different owners.

   Very unhealthy they do not provided cleaners at this motel my room had mildew on the roof and in the barthroom I please recommend people not to go there. And also if you are in a room upstairs I recommend do not walk out on the balcony. Very unstable for anyone

   This is how the rooms looks like. No towels, no toilets or no couches to watch TV in the room. Where is the person supposed to watch the TV? On the floor? The worst motel I've ever seen in my life. Someone kept hitting the walls on the other side of my room. Will not recommend anyone

   First night, came back to the room with dinner and my room had cockroaches in the room. Tv wasnt working, asked for a vacuum and he never came with one. Worst receptionist and hosts. Not suitable for family with young children. Disgusting place hallways stink.

   No TV in room. Doesn't clean under beds, plates and cups are disgusting!!!! Worse place to be for $89? Not even worth it. The old managers were better!!!!

   The most used up, miserable bed I have ever tried to sleep in. The blanket was an old comforter that was heavily pilled and stained. I took it off and used my own blanket. The room had so much deodorizer sprayed in it that it triggered my asthma. The room is very small with no place to put your suitcase. There was a connecting door to the next room that didn't have a lock on it so there was no way to assure someone couldn't come through it. The noise from the upstairs room was very bad. There was no remote for the TV. The entrance to the room is through a common hallway that accesses multiple rooms. It was dingy and dark. There's a sign in the room threatening you with a $200 fine if you set off the smoke alarms by leaving the door to the bathroom open when you shower. We were scheduled for multiple nights and checked out early. All that being said, the water pressure in the shower was wonderful. The exterior of the place looks nice, (parking is tight) and the staff was friendly.
