   Absolutely abismal. Did a phone order to feed my gluten free kid. No contact for over half an hour. Call to check and after being left on the counter while another order was being taken, was told that the order wasn’t put through at all and would take another 20 minutes. Do better.

   It had been several years since I last ordered from Domino’s Manukau, but after working in Drury all day, I decided to stop by to pick up some pizzas my son ordered. We had grown tired of our usual Ormiston branch, where the pizzas were often burnt, lacked enough cheese and toppings, and were unevenly cut. The Manukau team truly made the drive worthwhile. The pizzas were cooked to perfection, generously topped, and evenly sliced — a clear reflection of care and attention to detail. Thank you to the staff for delivering such great quality and consistency. Please keep up the excellent work!

   Hi there, I am a support worker who works for a disability organisation. I came in to place 8 orders for 8 clients. Each of our clients was going to pay cash. I asked the Indian man if I can please make 8 separate orders and he looked annoyed and angry he said “No sorry I don’t think we can do it”. I asked him if he was serious about not being able to make our orders. He said he was busy. He told me that it was best to go to another pizza store. I was so stressed out because I had 8 clients with disabilities sitting inside a disability van. The Indian man said “I can only take 1 big order and 1 payment. We don’t take cash. Only eftpos”. His actions and what he said made me feel like I have been discriminated and turned away. I did not feel welcome at all. This Indian man looked so angry and he starts yelling at the staff to hurry up and help out with the orders. I walked out to our work car and I was trying to figure out how I was going to place my 8 orders. I walked back in and the same guy said “look I’m sorry we don’t have enough coins here to give you change.” I literally had to beg him please to take our order because it was almost time for dinner. I’m not sure what was wrong with that Indian guy (it’s the Indian guy with a tattoo of a kid on his right arm). This is very poor service. And I will be taking this to the news and all social media platforms. Disgusting behaviour. All of this due to him being lazy.

   Bunch of cheaters. I ordered Lava Puff roll but they sent Lava cake. When the delivery driver came I said I will call stores. He said ok and then when I called stores they are just disconnecting my call. He kept asking me talk in Hindi. I don’t even know Hindi. Very poor service. Will never buy from Domino’s pizza St George street. You guys are so bad!!!!!! Your rating -10/10. Seriously very bad!!!!!!!

   First time ever Manukau Domino my Pizzas was Flippen better then all the other staff that worked there. Sorry to say, these staff tonight is 10/10, and they made it with love, thanks Leeroy R
