Great service and have products not normally available in supermarkets. Bulk foods and confectionery and household products
Large premises, had to look hard for cheaper prices. Ample parking
Accidentally bought a carton of triangle hashbrown and thought it was ordinary chips. Went back to ask for refund and the staff told me I am not allowed to get refund due to temperature control. On their website policy didn't even mention about this rule. Wasting my time and money to buy what I not needed. Bad experience.

When you need access to a Moore Wilson's in L/H (buying in bulk, perhaps?), albeit not in a very prominent location. Food service items are available, but does not retail alcohol. Pretty good selection of frozen goods and cooking sauces.
Targeted more at the commercial buyer unlike the Wellington store which has a retail area but it is absolutely great. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The store is very clean and well organises. Definitely somewhere I will continue to shop at for event catering requirements
Love to pop into Moore Wilson's and get items I can't buy locally. It's no frills but the staff are helpful and you can browse the shelves and make your selections. I'm also able to get kitchen aids I can't find locally.
Moore Wilsons is a good place to shop when you're looking for bulk items. We find the chemicals IC cleaners soaps and detergents a particularly good buy compared to the general store. If you're in business this is one of the best places to shop for your wholesale items. The staff are always friendly and rapidly get into action if the shop gets busy. There is a good range of items from Frozen Foods chilled foods right through to cutlery and crockery and knives etc.
