   Very disappointing visit. The owner was unfriendly from the start, wearing a visibly dirty apron. My LB came with zero crema. I also asked to have a piece of bread sliced for my child to share, and again the attitude was unwelcoming. Poor service, poor hygiene, and a very unpleasant customer experience.

   Always great when I pop into Piccolina! Today I had the beef Buritto and some how resisted a treat, although I took photos so you all can see all the delicious things this place produces.    Pretty sad experience- 1) The chocolate brioche had a hair in it 2) my partner who is vegetarian ordered a cheese scone, receive a Ham and Chives scone 3) There were flies buzzing around the sweet slices This place needs to get their hygiene in check

   Coffee excellent and food great as others described, service ok seems staff just wake up probably too early 8.30. The only thing need improve is heater didn’t see any heating devices outside 9°c the door open inside same temperature out, it’s cold also coffee and food getting cold very quick

   This used to be a great place when it was Creme. the food is ok, but always comes out on a stone cold plate. totally do not understand why they do this. it's happened 3 times, so i just wont go back now. a shame because its the closest to my office.

   Top knotch. Very accommodating. We want to chop and change to suit our palate and they were wonderful. The cabinet food is amazing and really good service. Recommend. Nice atmosphere. Good food, tastes great. And also very nice coffee. Creamy and not bitter, so we'll made. Thank you Piccolina we will visit again.

   Piccolina is fairly new and it is usually busy when I drive past it. It is close to the Pataki Road and Rosebank Road roundabout on/off ramp. The building is fairly easy to spot since there are signs outside by the road. There were quite a few parking spots outside. It was quite empty when we went, not like the other times driving by. They have a fairly small menu but they also have quite a few cabinet food treats which you walk past when you come in. I tried the chicken basket and the iced chocolate extravaganza. The iced chocolate was tasty and quite chocolatey. The brownie in it was also quite nice. The fried chicken basket was a plate of fried chicken. I was expecting it to have some sort of side like a potato basket but it was just the fried chicken. The chicken was juicy and quite crispy. The ranch that came with it was nice too. We also grabbed some pastries to take home for afternoon tea. I quite liked the custard almond croissant. The dulce de leche donut only had the dulce de leche on top, I was expecting it to be filled with it but it had custard instead. That was unfortunate since the dulce de leche was quite tasty. The donut itself was soft though. It was quite a nice cafe for food. The dining area was quite nice and the cabinet food had a large range to choose from. The food was alright.
