   Eric has done a wonderful job, i had a rug which was so worn out that it was on it's way to get disposed off. Eric said he can't guarantee but he will do his best and wants to give it a shot. I agreed and he did an amazing job. Hung rug outside to dry and once it dried out, we discovered lot of dirt got trapped at the edges when moisture dripped out. Called Eric and he came back to redo it at no additional cost. I would rate his service 10/10 and professionally he didn't run away from challenge. Definitely giving him more work and recommending him to friends and family.

   Eric was very kind enough to accomodate my request to deep clean the carpets in the property we are moving in, it was a very short span of time notice but still managed to do it and it was great as the carpet appears new again and smells fresh!
