Very friendly staff, clean showers, the toilets inside the gym need more regular cleaning, the ones in the lobby are better, I've attended twice a week for the last 2 months with heart rehab group. Very well equipped.
We held my daughter's birthday party here and the team at the Centre were so incredibly helpful and made the process so easy and communicative. The hiring fee is so reasonable and included use of table and chairs. I would highly recommend holding your events here!

The caring and treating patient are fabulous, excellent .
I've arranged to come here weekly with my group during the winter period for our own stadium activities i.e Baseball, Indoor Touch, Badminton and other recreational we think of. We bring our own music speaker box too.
Our favorite YMCA. Very friendly and helping staff. Lots of free weights, machines and cardio equipment. Still in the evening quite busy and full.

The gym isn't bad, it's nice to see a range of people working out not just gym junkies, and there's a range of equipment available most of the time. However, I'm surprised the pricing is so high. Considering the gym is not 24/7, it seems extreme to pay $15-30 per week, especially when other gyms are charging lower rates for 24/7 access and waiving joining fees. I'm also disgusted by the state of the washrooms. All the times I've been in they have been unclean - once with all the sanitary bins overflowing, once with skid marks on all three toilets. There are frequently a few flies and sandflies around the toilets because of this. Considering the price for pretty average facilities which need more regular cleaning, I think I'll be changing gyms soon.
Very clean and well managed. A great place to spend time with kids.
