I had a very disappointing experience at this salon My child had their hair dyed here, but at no point was the cost of the service clearly communicated to either my child or my partner beforehand. We were shocked to receive a bill of $800 — an amount that seems excessive, particularly for a child’s service. It is a basic expectation of professional service, especially when minors are involved, that all costs are transparently communicated and consent obtained before proceeding. This experience has raised serious concerns about the salon’s customer communication practices and respect for consumer rights. I sincerely hope others considering this salon will read this review and be fully aware before making a decision, so that no other families have to go through the same experience.
I have naturally very thick, wavy hair which has been challenging for some hairdressers to cut; as a result I've ended up with uneven hair in the past, but Lora is an awesome hairdresser, so quick and accurate. She gave me exactly what I asked for. My partner saw the great job she did with my hair and had his hair cut by Lora too. Our go to salon now :)

I've been getting my hair blow dry straighten by the beautiful Korean owner since I was 18, I'm now 33 and still get it done by her from time to time when my hair needs it done especially in summer and I can't be bothered doing it on my own since it's very thick and frizzy. She's gentle and very professional and quick with getting my hair straighten
