Rubbish quality. Bought an invisible eyebrow retainer for my daughter which broke in half the first time she screwed the ball on. Customer service was terrible. Told me to return the broken $9 item at my cost for them to investigate and to pay for a replacement while they did this. As I had already paid for postage on the original item, paying additional postage on broken return and replacement wasn't an option. Poor quality, poor customer service, zero professionalism. Wish I'd read the reviews prior to purchasing.

Awful experience with this store. Misleading images on the website, engraved item that arrived looked terrible and not at all what I expected. Replacement or refund has been refused despite the item not βmatching the description, sample or demonstration model advertisedβ as per the Consumer Guarantees Act. Store continues to claim I should have known, despite this absolutely not being the case at all. Would never ever shop here or recommend to anyone.

This store is amazing. Their products are fun, great quality, and easy to wear (and they look great!) I have had no issues with tarnishing or wear and tear and many of these I have worn daily for weeks and weeks. Their customer service is amazing, I highly recommend Glitters for the unique and awesome jewellery and the service! Postage is SUPER fast, too.

I was with my sister, Grace Riggs, when we purchased this to ensure this was surgical steel, which was/is obviously falsely advertised. $60 AnE trip, $123.55 for medication plus the gas to and from is DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE OF THEIR PRODUCTS. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Dishonest advertising, said it was a surgical steel tongue bar, had it in for 2 weeks and have an infected tongue piercing after it had already fully healed, the infection was cause by the eroding βsurgical steelβ colour coming off. Have had an inverted ulcer developing since I put the bar in. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE THEY WILL GIVE YOU INFECTIONS IN YOUR ALREADY FULLY HEALED PIERCING EDITED: have photo proof that this piercing is not surgical steel Considering how much Iβve spent on this piercing alone, A&E, the prescription the doctor gave me I am entitled to warn other customers about your products. This product is not worth $5. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS.

Dishonest owner. I bought 2 pairs of earrings and they were good. Then my husband bought me some pearl earrings and one of them had a chip. They said all earrings are checked and it would probably be a natural defect and to send them back at our own cost. The tone of the email made me suspicious that they'd just say they were fine and I'd have to pay another fee to get them back, so we decided to wear the cost. My husband placed feedback and the owner outright lied the earrings had been worn. So we were correct in our assumption they'd be dishonest if we sent them back. Your lack of empathy about our situation during Cyclone Gabrielle (where we didn't even have internet or phone access, let alone power) meaning I couldn't get in touch right away after Valentines Day to email you about this, is frankly appalling. Avoid this store. ETA: The heat seal wasn't broken, I opened the top of the bag so I could take a photo as proof, besides, the colour and style was fine, it was the chip that was the issue. And you can't just state on your website that you won't follow the law if an item is faulty when it's opened. In NZ, you have to legally replace or repair an item that's not fit for purpose. You already said you wouldn't replace it if it was chipped or scratched, so why would we send it back to you?

Purchased pearl earrings for my wife for valentines day. Though the price was good, one of the pearls arrived with what appears to be a chip on the surface, which is quite noticeable and spoils the appearance. Upon querying the issue and the returns policy with the business, they responded with "...due to the natural characteristics of freshwater pearls, their surface is easily scratched and chipped, and it is not a faulty item." It is possible it's a natural blemish, but in that case the quality control is clearly poor. They are probably in breach of consumer rights if it is a chip, as that's essentially faulty goods, and they're still trying to say we don't have a right to replacement. Given the poor customer service here, I recommend against shopping online with this business, and carefully inspecting anything you buy in person. Update in response: The earrings were purchased in advance of valentines day, and are still unused, so the claim about them being used is false. It has taken 11 extra days to write this review because we're in Napier and were hit by cyclone Gabrielle. Since the defect is with a pearl, and the returns policy indicates that such a defect is not considered to be a fault, there's no point us spending money on postage sending it back.
