Kuet Teaw(number 8) is one of the best I have ever had. I have had it in Malaysia as well. And honestly I prefer it here. Amazing service and friendly people.
The cook is cool he is always smiling. The Kuet Teaw is so yum it pairs well with the mango pomelo sago from Cha+ next door... I will buy another tonight, tommorow and forever i'm obsessed... also very fast service.
Food was flavourful and the selection of spices were amazing! We had food at their takeaway shop. I am envious of people local to the area that can get their food as takeaway as the portion that they deliver is quite generous and I would love to have this when I can't be bothered cooking.
This place was my friends favourite from Food Alley, so she was keen to get her fix before heading out of Auckland. We arrived there at about 6.10pm, both got carparks but please beware... it fills up fast & gets crazy. We were the first customers, so our food did not take long to arrive. So full of flavour! Despite the hustle & bustle out in the carpark, it was so quiet in store eating, it was bliss! Don't forget to try the condiments station. You can also order off uber.

Exceptional Malaysian Dining Experience! I recently had the pleasure of dining at a Malaysian restaurant for the second time, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. exceptional food and impeccable service. The flavors and aromas that permeated your the air as the dishes arrived at my table were truly captivating. The chefs' mastery of Malaysian cuisine was evident in every bite. Highly recommended !
I had Seafood combination Laksa. Taste was good they used all frozen Seafood(prawn, squid and fish cake). As a take away shop i understand, that is why i give 3 star. If they used some fresh Seafood i would give 4. If they would wipe the bowl before serve, i would give 5 star.
