   Had a really good experience here recently. Nice and spacious for a family. Very close to the Sylvia park mall and all other little shops. Great rooms and awesome shower good big tv for the kids all the sky channels had every channel. Get your own designated park no worrying if you gonna lose your park. Overall we stayed 2 nights and had no problems at all. So highly recommend staying here unsure why it's 3 star it's atleast a 4 star from me.

   Nice room Shower is crap preasure and only 1 soap for a 2brm unit Only motel i have ever been in that doesnt have an electric blanket in winter. Not even a hot chocolate for the kids.

   I had a fantastic stay at Sylvia Park Motel! The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location is super convenient, close to Sylvia Park Shopping Centre and public transport. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made me feel really comfortable. It was quiet, cozy, and great value for money. I’ll definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Auckland!

   Absolutely wonderful motel. I've been a few times and they have always been very clean and fresh and modern. Tommy has been super helpful and very nice to deal with. Being situated so close to Sylvia Park Mall is fantastic too. Would highly recommend this motel.

   Only stayed the one night before the fella that checked me in was nice and the process was simple. The room was as the picture detailed and looked like it was recently renovated. Clean. You do get roadside noise despite the double glazing but it wasn't terrible. Overall a good stay.
