The deluxe suite was beautiful and spacious, room was perfect it has everything you need and more, Newly renovated and private I loved the Bluetooth feature in the bathroom. Shower pressure was perfect with different settings. Very quite and peaceful holiday here ☺️
Fantastic stay! The room was very clean and surprisingly big, with plenty of space to relax. The location is excellent — just a short walk to Sylvia Park Shopping Centre. The motel manager was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Great value for money and I would definitely stay here again for our next group. Highly recommended!
Newly renovated with modern decor, quiet, clean and tidy with friendly staff that were very welcoming and happy to accommodate after hours check in.. on a short notice booking on new years eve no less! Late check out and free parking is a lovely touch. Close to Sylvia Park shopping centre and the Motorway, what more could you want from a small roadside motel? Exceptional value overall!
Loving my stay here. Affordable with adequate facilities. The best part we can order halal food to our doorstep. Most amenities are closeby. Will return whenever coming to Auckland
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and professional. The location was convenient, close to many attractions and restaurants. Everything was well organized, and I felt very comfortable during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back.
Wifi is not great, room is old, couch is uncomfortable and beds were rock solid. Don't waste your money and sleep people
BRILLIANT SERVCE. Two days ago I was on the road all day, tired and the gentleman at the front desk offered me a room. I was a bit short by $20 but he cut a deal for me anyway, even though his business has been affected by covid. This is what being a KIWI is all about! Compassion and working together! This Motel is more than 5 stars. The rooms are tidy, spacious and warm! Wifi, huge bathrooms / showers. Comfortable and affordable! LOVE IT
Tidy Motel, Staff clean rooms daily but we all know that's just a front, anyways no quarms here, better than what I thought, bar some TV issues haha,staff polite ,well mannered and up keep of the joint is right up there, but don't be afraid Management to bring out the Real McCoy Janola Disinfectant at least 2-3times week there's nothing better than a bug free Janola aroma smelling pad for that little time, keep it up Mount Motel, Keep it up, Chur Chur.
The motel has been taken over by new management and standards have slipped. Even though motel is a budget one the previous owners took pride in what they did and took extra effort, bed made up everyday and fresh towels placed neatly, Hotel grade toiletries, internet speed acceptable - all this has changed. New management not the same and I will be using another venue in future
Pleasant and quiet place. Very cosy. Room was decent size, clean and well maintained. Very happy with service as well. Location is central; we decided to head out dinner and everything was nearby (5 min drive to Sylvia Park and Penrose Shops). Highly recommend it :)
