   I am unable to walk without a walker. The premises at Alicetown are hard to find, need signage near front shops. To get to physio there are 2 steps, no rails so I had to hold on to the down pipe. On way out the footpath had dip and walker veered to the left. If not for my son I would have fallen. There is also a step down to the street but I could not see it. Kirsty was lovely and if not for the difficulty getting in there I would go back to her.

   Josh is awesome! I need to come back and will. Knowledgeable, funny, kind and has great communication. Only physio for me! Josh loves dogs.

   Staff were lovely, but I was slightly concerned at the complete lack of paperwork to sign or medical history questions asked. For the optional dry-needling on offer, again, no medical history obtained in case of contraindications (e.g. pregnancy, blood thinners) and also no skin prep or aseptic technique used. In my personal case it was fine but as feedback for future I would recommend your physios being a bit more thorough for safety. However, the staff were very friendly and you can tell they care about what they do. Am still sore today from yesterday’s sports massage! Overall review 3/5.

   Been going to Rehab Wellington for over a year and have not come across better customer service and physio ever! Had outstanding friendly and welcoming service accommodating to my cancellations etc from Rachel, and really effective treatment from Chris Marshall. Have referred many people here who also say the same! Thanks heaps Rehab.
