Cheap and varied food options, cabinet and fresh food, very quick service and very tasty food. Would recommend the $11 two food choice from their hot selection, i went with Garlic potatoes and beef meatballs. Drinks are expensive but the food prices balance it out.
This place is amazing, been coming here for 20 plus years. Good priced food, decent size portions. This is a no frills package. But cooked very well every time. Truckers feeds. This is in a industry area, they open early morning, not sure what time they close.
Great place to get some really yummy food after a long night's work. So much selection and decent proportions. Road house style bakery/cafe/takeaway.
Doughnuts wasn't fresh must of been made day before I know it was the end of the day but there was alot of food in the warmers no doubt they will put them back in the warmers again to sell tomorrow will not go there again.Use to be a good place to go too how things change.

Change your shop name oi the mrs reckons I'm going to the knock shop whenever she checks the bank statements. Those sizzling plates go hard tho don't get feeds like that anywhere else around Penrose.
What a bunch of rip offs....you wonder why people steal from here (see pic)....Ham and Egg sandwich $4.40 1 thin sliced piece of ham folded to look like two pieces, egg was dry and not even buttered for what they charge. Bottled water you get from countdown in a 12 pack they sell for $2.50... go figure. There's a variety of food they sell and way overpriced. You get more bargain at a bakery in Remuera.
Used to be good. My regular breakfast stop. Seems they have a new chef who really can't make bacon and eggs. Service is good though.
