   Have no idea why the waitress toss our food and plate on the table, specially I have the kid with me. It will be nicer if she can put it on table more gently as we are customers not prisoners. A bit shame considering this is used to be my favorite place for coffee in QG. Apart from that everything else is good especially the manager always nice .

   Despite the long wait, the frappes we had were amazing!! In my opinion they taste like starbucks!! Loved the creative names for the frappes!!

   Best oat milk flat white I have had in the Queensgate Mall, and I have tried all the cafes! I think the barista's name was Celeste(?), she had a lovely colour in her hair anyway and seriously great cup of coffee as oat milk can be hard to get right but it was hot without being burnt, creamy and delightful! I will be back.

   Decent experience: A long-ish queue time (Saturday), but after that comes a nice strong coffee and heated pastries. Boothed seating has a USB charging station.

   If you visit Hudsons during the day on weekends, you may be expelled by the duty manager Mahendernath Chivukula with the reason that "you have run out of food", and he doesn't care if you are a mom who is holding her little kid and waiting for her husband to come back and also doesn’t care that you say you have not completed the consume will buy something again a while later. Also the duty manager is very persistent and will come back to expel again five minutes after the first unsuccessful attempt to get you to leave. And, he doesn't think there's anything wrong with doing so. This is a "fast food" coffee shop that totally ignores the consumer rights even human rights. If you are used to leaving immediately after eating or drinking coffee, or if you have the ability and mood to endure being driven away at any time, then please patronize this shop. We have emailed a complain letter to the owner of the whole franchise of Hudsons, not sure if the owner received it yet.

   I have been here several times and every time I have been impressed. The drink selection is great. I love the frappes & hot chocolate. I had the smokey apple hot chocolate the other day, and it was delicious. The customer service is great & there is plenty of seating.
