Had Burger King tonight for the first time in a long time, I won't be rushing back. Used to enjoy their Whopper Burgers, now nothing like they used to be. Very Expensive, could have gone to Burger Fuel for a similar price and had a proper burger.
The customer service was very bad here,or even there's no customer service at all,the front counter staff (Bijo)didn't even ask what do I want for my meal deal,he just did a whopper in my meal deal,when I realized it,I tried to ask him if I could get a bk chicken instead of whopper,he didn't even let me finish my conversation and said once the order has been ordered,he's not able to change it.How rude!!!How rediculous!!!You are a manager you should set a good example for your team,your customer service was very sucks!
I very seldom order at this type of place, so I loved the friendly, personal assistance. I didn't have to order through an app. Food was great. I came at 11.10am Friday 26.9.25. In the spring holidays. I expected busyness, and was delighted with the peaceful quiet. Thank you!!
Oredered a meal on their Uber app, when meal arrived it was completely wrong as well as a difference in price by alot. What I ordered was more expensive than what I recieved, no direct number to store to notify. Very poor.
Food is ok. Funny experience today i ordered online and when I picked it up, crew said I only ordered burger. I checked app and it clearly said there it's a meal. Went back to the crew, this time it's the manager, who questioned his staff and said who prepared this meal?? Got an apology from them but gotta say the crew who attended to me seemed sleepy. Lol gotta rest up properly team!
Good burger, wonderful service, I alway buy burger from this branch. The manger he cares about his customers he look after me very well. Just want to say thank you so much, I will keep coming back.
Waited nearly quarter of an hour for a couple meals. Cleaning lady doing an awesome job. "Loaded" fries are just cold soggy chips with a squirt of sauce, Mustard and some gherkin. Gross
Busy BK. Team seem on to it. There were a few short orders but staff dealt with it quickly. Place was clean. No dirty anything on tables and floor weren't too bad Did notice a large plastic bag on the ground near the cooking aisle with staff moving at pace through that area. Risk and Hazard. Food great, watch that safety!
Don't like these order your own screen things. Went through all the ordering process only to find out there is no cash payment option. Then had to wait for ages at the counter to order. Burger was actually pretty good, only complaint about the meal was no salt on the potato bites or what ever they are called.
