Flat white this morning tasted more like tasteless filter coffee. Hot choc wasn't much better. Usually pretty good here. This morning not so much.
Bp Whitby staff are top notch. All very friendly and make good coffee.
Generally a pretty good experience however this morning I brought a chicken tandoori pie which actually turned out to be a steak cheese and I assume potato?
The girl making the drinks clearly hates her job and the customers - attitude combined with bad service and a drink that tasted as appealing as gasoline.
Must have been a bad day for the staff member that took my order, so bad I won't ever be back. I don't work hard for my money to spent it in a place where I get spoken to like I'm a nobody. I recommend keeping your money in your pocket or spend it at a place where they know how to treat customers
