   I feel bad leaving a low review as the woman who did my piercings was absolutely lovely and very friendly and kind, but unfortunately within 48 hours of getting my earlobes pierced, one side developed cellulitis and I had to go to a walk in A+E appt (which cost $100) followed by a 4 hour visit in ED to have the earrings removed, get a tetanus shot, and be put on IV antibiotics. I followed all the aftercare instructions to a tee, so hard to know. I’m gutted because the piercings looked so cute, the woman was so lovely, and the jewellery appeared good quality. The infection was so significant that it spread to my two existing lobe piercings which were both healed and had been for years - and now I’ve had to take all out them out and run the risk of them all closing over. To add onto this - after leaving the review I have had ongoing communication with the business and they have been beyond supportive and caring throughout the whole process, offering wound care supplies, and a full refund, while also conducting a full investigation. The infection was a horrible thing to go through, but I cannot fault the aftercare and the kindness of the staff and this business, so thank you x
