   Been in new zealand 6 weeks, worst English breakfast tea we have tasted. If fact after 5, minutes brewing it came out like water. Had to check it had a tea bag in there. I asked the chap at the counter if it was actually English breakfast tea. He must said 'yeah'. He didn't look bothered. Scone and croissant was OK. Best thing was the view out of the window. Won't be back and not recommended.

   The place is located on perfect spot to relax for sometime, we had our lunch. Excellent service, food is delicious and atmosphere is great well decorated cozy nice color used.

   Tried a couple of things but didn’t like much to be honest. The staff didn’t know what was what or maybe they were new. I asked about a couple of items to see what they were but they kept asking each other. The items that I tried were not good not bad. Will have to try other options later. Edit - Tried food from here, didn’t like it at all. The wrap was so dry that it was difficult to swallow, so I had to ask for ketchup on the side. It still didn’t help. Also, there were flies around, unhygienic. Had the Almond milk hot chocolate, which was so so. The only thing that I liked was the service from only a couple of staff there. P.S. - Had an upset tummy the next day and this was the only place from where I had the food from outside, so I don’t really know if the food from here caused it.

   The waiter knocked my hot pot of tea all over me and didn't even refund me or ask to laundry my wet clothing and shopping or replace the tea. Its the worst experience, I have ever had in 50 years. You need to teach your works better.

   Worst Service Ever. I came around 2:55 and ordered a cup of coffee and pecan pie to an Indian Guy. At 3:18, he came and ask if I ordered. Really? I have a number on my table. He actually forgot my order. Hence, I just ask him that I would like it on takeway instead. What a waste of time. Never coming back here.

   Worst customer service experience. The girl serving looked so disinterested . Did not greet at all, also we gave 10 bucks cash for the transaction of 5.70 and offered to give 70 cents , to make it much easier, the girl didn't even listen to us , making me to just cancel the whole transaction and walk out. Will never visit again.. happened on Tuesday the 25 April

   Ā touch of elegance after the melee of The Eatery. Busy but rarely packed. This place is a small oasis of peace in an otherwise hectic shopping experience. Good coffee, standard cafe fare.
