If you are looking for something out of the ordinary, like say, a horizontal marquise cut ring, then this is the place to explore for design from scratch without any scratches!    I had a wonderful experience at Brownsons Jewellers. My engagement ring has a delicate stone that needs to be handled with care, and it was also too big for my finger. I didn’t want to cut the ring, and Jay, the incredibly kind owner, suggested adding small gold balls inside the band to prevent it from spinning and exposing the stone to potential damage. Although this was a thoughtful and beautifully executed solution, it didn’t fully solve the issue. Without hesitation, they offered to resize the ring at no extra cost while keeping the gold balls for extra security. To my surprise, they completed the adjustment in less than three hours, and the result was absolutely perfect! I am beyond grateful for their patience, craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and skilled jeweler, I highly recommend Brownsons Jewellers.    We have been going to Brownsons Jewellers in Royal Oak for some time now and have always found their friendly and expert advice very helpful. We would highly recommend going to meet Jay and Angie who gives great customer service. No job is too big or small and just recently when I had a lost a diamond from a piece of precious jewellery, Jay sourced a replacement stone and arranged for it to be set and ready for me as he knew how important it was for me not to be separated from it for too long.
