    I was sending something important to France, which was quite expensive (for a charity, so $$ are scarce). The Pack and Send team was very helpful when I sent it. BUT... the package was then returned from France by DHL because the duty and VAT weren't paid within a few days. Neither the sender or the recipient were contacted by DHL to claim payment of the duty and VAT, so we weren't aware of the claim or that the package was going to be returned. I (the sender) and Grant from Pack and Save were both equally shocked and surprised when the package turned up again at Pack and Save Newmarket. Grant immediately swung into action, tackling DHL on the problem, and within days the package was delivered to France, at no extra cost to me. To me, the definition of great service is not just a friendly smile, but in proactively fixing problems that arise, and Grant excelled that. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
