   Such awesome service right from the get go Akio was so helpful in helping me select the spa I was looking for. I went for the SX which I am loving. It was delivered the exact day and time he said it would be by the 2 most lovely guys who also were very helpful. I really recommend this company for anyone wanting a Spa. Akio also rung me after I had the spa a couple of days to make sure I was happy and he said I could call anytime if I got stuck with anything. Not often you get such brilliant service these days Thankyou once again Akio and team you made it all so easy.

   We have a flash spa for the last 2 years and it’s been amazing! The kids love our spa and so do we. It’s a salt water spa and so much easier that constantly putting chlorine in! Couldn’t be happier with the product! Would recommend these spas!

   From start to finish, the experience has been excellent. The salesman was helpful, informative, knowledgeable, and followed up after installation to see if we were satisfied. The installation team was prompt, friendly, and very helpful, taking me through all the details of maintaining the spa. As first-time spa owners, this was important to us. All in all, it was an excellent experience.

   Great quality spa pools, had ours for over 6 years now with no issues. Just annoying that the staff member isn’t there on time on a Sunday morning when I went to buy supplies..don’t think the harbour bridge is closed this time. Will be buying online from now on.

   Terrible service. Website opening hours are wrong. Got there on a Sunday at 10am to only see a note on the door stating show room open from 12noon on Sundays. Came back at 12 noon and no one there. Opened at 1 top 1.30pm due to rep coming fro North Shore and harbour bridge being closed. Wasted most of my day just trying to have a look at the stock and when we walked in not even a hello, how are you. Rude and website needs updating.

   Dean was fantastic from first call until delivery earlier today. Having had the same Hot Spring for almost 30 years I had lots of questions & some high expectations. All were met. Nothing was too difficult & I felt extremely valued as a customer. And Tristan, who delivered my spa, was also extremely pleasant, personable & knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend this team for their excellent service and attention to detail. They are both great ambassadors for this premium brand.
