worst company to deal with, days to reply to emails, leave details out to charge you more. customer service is non existent.
Door lock sub-standard. Completely scratched from normal use. Two numbers don't light up, others hard to read due to scratches. Customer service terrible. Avoid
Bought some door stops from Hafele but told after I ordered some of the product would take 2 months to arrive. Asked for a refund on December 11th and still waiting for the refund more than 7 weeks later. Big organisation, super poor customer service
Do not buy from them. Worst customer service ever. We bought a very expensive corner solutions from them it broke within a year and been fighting with them almost 1 year to get a replacement part and a solution to the problem.
Worst service ever. I have been chasing a refund for 4 months now. Everyone says 'its another department' but wont give a email or direct dial number for a person to deal with it. Every week I send emails and call, Im just getting ignored now... they have literally stolen my money.... I notice on your other bad reviews you tell people to contact the sales email, iv done this about 20x... its case 91290664, stop making me chase you and pay back my money!!!
Special thanks to Lisa for helping with our new kitchen fittings, parts for the cupboards were ordered and delivered to site. We had experienced a great deal off diffculty in obtaining these.

The worse service, ever!! Got one of their locks for the front door. Was told it was wifi enabled. It wasn't. We just decided to let that slide. But ever since we have had it it has had a fault where one of the locking mechanisms sticks out and scrapes the door jamb, randomly. One of their guys came out and not only took forever to "fix" the problem but clearly didn't have the skills to fix it. Looks like it's been installed by a child, and still isn't fixed. Two people then came out and guy got in a huff and stormed off. So we still have a faulty lock.... Stay away!!
