Really friendly staff. Great selection of products. They do vaccines as well, and this was second time doing them. They made them extremely gently, and really professionally.
I had the worst and the most unprofessional customer service experience at this pharmacy. The Chinese lady, who wore glasses, showed absolutely no respect or sympathy towards patients/customers. When I coughed into my elbow, she made an audible "UGGHH" noise and immediately told me I must wear a mask next time because they "don't want to get sick." While I understand the importance of wearing a mask, her attitude was completely unacceptable. As a pharmacist, she should understand that people come to the pharmacy when they feel unwell, and the last thing they need is to feel judged or criticized. I will never visit this pharmacy again.
Some technical issues with email and the Chat function on their website, but eventually got an answer to my question. Seem friendly and knowledgeable.
I was rejected by Pharmacy Life Meadowbank for a walk in vaccination contrary to what they advertised. I called Chemist Plus in Newmarket and they were happy for me to pop in and the whole process took 5-10 mins with no fuss. Great customer service staff members who also happen to speak Mandarin with me. Nice!
2 of them for $15 and not in subsidies item(?), Phamacist said no refund due to that it is a prescription medicine. I went back there in 30 mins and never opened though. The phamarcist asked me why. I said feel expensive because it is just 15ml artficial eye drops. I showed the site's price $3.99 each to the phamacist. The phamacist said all pharmacy will charge the same price - $15 and it's normal price. I asked three times "Really?" Answered "Yes". It means If I have a prescription, all pharmacy will charge $15, but If I order it personally, then $8? Is it true?
Amazing new pharmacy. Great service and a wide range of products. Not to mention the low prices! I managed to snag myself an electronic toothbrush for such a great price. Love this pharmacy, super pleased. I will be back!
