   Hanna-me is the best pharmacist to go to. She is always so lovely, no question too much trouble for her to answer. All the staff are helpful and friendly in this chemist. An extra five minutes drive for me but so totally worthwhile. Apologies if I have spelled your name incorrectly. They do price matching beating other advertised price lowering cheapest price by 10% so no way I’m going back to offensive and rude behaviour at the other cut price chemist.

   Compared prices on two items I bought today, one each at Chemist Warehouse Botany (CW) and the other at Bargain Chemist Pakuranga (BC): * Ethical Nutrients Mega Magnesium 240 Tabs. $59.99 (CW), $82.99 (BC) (ie. $13.00 cheaper at Chemist Warehouse). * Nestlé Optifast VLCD Shake 18x53g sachets, Vanilla $56.99 (CW), $59.99 (BC) (ie. $3.00 cheaper at Chemist Warehouse which also had a bigger range of flavours). Looks like Chemist Warehouse will remain our pharmacy of choice.

   Helpful and professional, got all of my medication prescribed in one visit which is a major improvement on the previously used cut price facility. Staff willing to spend five minutes helping me is so appreciated and the easy parking here is brilliant, 5 minutes from Sylvia Park, definitely worth the effort. I even get points towards cheaper petrol which is just a plus. I won’t be going anywhere else. Try it, you’ll be pleased.

   My new favourite pharmacy for shopping! I went in around 10:30-11am on Sunday. Store was fairly quiet which is great, and the staff were super nice (plus they were all wearing surgicals - neat!). Amazing! First time in a Bargain Chemist and I can say 100% I prefer here than Sensory Assualt Chemist Warehouse. The staff at their competitor doesn't give service, have bad past experiences and always come out feeling overwhelmed, sick and tired. Much more pleasant experiences are to be had at Bargain Chemist - store is neat, no sensory assualt, staff is nice, no crowds and great prices. Open till 8pm most nights and Kiwi owned. I'll be back again!

   Pharmacist was unable to help us because they said they were the only one working that day. We were the only ones in the shop. The previous time I went in there staff were just chatting to each other when it was obvious I was trying to find something. I know I should support NZ business's however they don't appear to care about me as a customer. Also Chemist Warehouse was the one who came to NZ to give a bit of competition to rip-off Unichem/Life Pharmacy, so I'm not going to ditch them for a NZ company who doesn't value my custom. I will support Chemist Warehouse 100% from now on.

   Trying to support kiwi businesses, but todays experience disappointed me. Removing and changing the price, removing a sticker in front of a customers eyes and telling them to their face that the customer was wrong is extremely disappointing. Holding the sticker with the details and price whilst continuously lying and making the customer feel like a complete idiot is an extremely disappointing and disrespectful act. I am beyond disappointed. Staff barely gave service, very blunt and disinterested in the customer. My experience today has completely changed the way I see this business. If these are the values of this business, myself alongside I’m sure many others are very disappointed. As a customer with my child, treating the staff with nothing but respect, the treatment and service, the dishonesty and cheating, it was all disrespectful, disappointing, and disgraceful.
