So far it's taken two months for my order to be completed. Multiple emails requests for an update have been ignored and contact phone numbers don't work. The customer service is appalling. I have no problem with back order however, it would be better to give the customer the option of waiting (with an indication of how long it will be) or a refund. I don't appreciate finding out by chance from the packing slip that items have been put on back order. Items from part of the order arrived damaged, which has been left up to me to sort through the courier as the seller offered no response.
