My experience was absolutely amazing!! I had been checked on and treated by Kanan Rathod. I highly recommend her. She was lovely to talk to and made sure I understood every part of the process before doing it. I felt safe and confident because of her professional service and lovely attitude, and my end result was perfect!!
Very good and friendly service. DR Aisha did some feeling for gap in between my tooths and she did an excellent job. Previously done by three different dentists in different clinics However this time it feels like my normal tooth without any issues. Also the DA and the customer care staff was so lovely.
My hubby had a filling earlier today, I went in and sat with him the entire time. The whole experience was easy, friendly and professional. It was meant to be 1 filling but ended up doing 2 as suggested by the doctor. I love that they do afterpay, and will definitely be coming back as we need more work done. Highly recommended and easy environment.
worst dentist i have ever been to. very unprofessional, i had taken leave off to get my teeth removed. i made booking in advanced as i needed to get my brackets & wire removed from my orthodontist for the removal, i traveled all the way to this dentist to get told the dentist called in sick. no call. no information on why they couldnt inform me earlier & the lady literally had no empathy. its hard enough to get leave & i have waste so much time and money with this dentist. dont go here
Don't trust on the phone conversation about the treatment cost, it will be double when you enter their door. Not a happy experience with Dr LANKA, she seems not very experienced with dental treatment especially tooth extraction.

It was my frist visit here today. The experience was great as the dentists were very calm and talked through to make me comfortable during my treatment.
Wouldn't recommend for front teeth crowns. Costly, takes more time than other dentists and doesn't listen to what the customer wants. I found someone else to finish my procedure who did exactly what I wanted without hesitation in half the time and for 2/3 the price. The temporary teeth I got from Papatoetoe Dental while I waited for the real teeth were horrendous to look at, I didn't smile for months. The dentist I moved onto was shocked at the finish of my temporary teeth. Also on inspection of the mould, the real crowns didn't allow for me to floss which would've inflamated my gums even more than the temporary ones did. Another big issue my new dentist found. When I spoke with the Papatoetoe Dental dentist and his assistant they both tried to argue with me and tell me that's the way it is. Teeth should never look like that after you've been to a dentist!
OK not a great experience for a first time visit. I had waited a whole week for this appointment to find disappointment with the inconsistent communications and no Afterpay option as it was not working, was told to do breakdown payments Which was incorrect to a full payment must be made after appointment. I was quoted for an extraction from $100 to $250 on the phone and thenlater a $350 cost. The Afterpay is displayed on their website, reception desk and window however no Afterpay. I must say the staff are lovely but the clinic itself is a bit old and tired looking. Unfortunately I declined the appointment when I was given the cost.
This practice and the staff are awesome.... The hygienist is very caring and my teeth feel wonderful... Jessie is my dentist and an excellent dentist very onto it.... He is a young man who certainly knows his stuff... Absolutely recommend this practice
