   Don't stay here. AirBnB photos looked great! When you arrive you will be treated to a filthy room. Not a single good thing to say; but i could write a book about the bad. First night after arriving enjoy a cold shower as the hot water is broken. Relax on the cheapest low range furniture from freedom, chill your drinks in the broken fridge, wipe up spills from the sink and shower with way too much pressure and immerse yourself in the night life of the sports bars downstairs where ape-men and banshee-women carry on until 3 in the morning. The design of the building is also eclectic, theres a window to the hallway in one of the bedrooms where light constantly leaks in. The furniture is seriously cheap too, and there's no end tables to leave a drink on. We found some free spaghetti westerns to watch on the TV as the netflix account was being used by the owner, which was and im dead serious now the highlight of the whole stay.    Fantastic location, however the apartment was filthy with stains on the carpet. The dishwasher wasn't working, most of the globes in the bedroom weren't working, the 2nd bathroom was the size of a shoe box, we couldn't use the oven or stove, there were no plugs in the basins so needed to shave in the shower. All in all it felt like the apartment hadn't been maintained in years.

   Best location in the Viaduct area next to restaurants and a gorgeous view of the wharf. Love the layout of the room, very generous apartment. They also have free Netflix. Bed is extra large and soft which I love the most.

   Great location by the viaduct, with car park available at request. Met with great customer service. Room had a great theme with a nice big screen tv, my only complain would be the bathroom, could do with improvement, ( there was empty cupboard with laundry sink) Wich could fit washing machine and dryer as well. Asked front desk if there was washing machine or laundry room on the floor. But sadly no. Other than that, overall stat was excellent.

   Arrived after a long day of travel to find the room did not look anything like the photos. We paid for Viaduct water views and all we could see was a concrete wall - not a drop of water in sight. The room was filthy and stank of cigarettes and the bed looked like a rollaway from the 80's. We were so disappointed we didn't stay and had to find somewhere else to stay that night at last minute. Don't believe any of the photos you see. False advertising at its peak! If I would give Zero stars I would.

   It's a small window for reviews, but our stay was brilliant, and the staff member who helped us was kind, courteous and polite! Why, I don't even think Joanne stayed there at all, and she should think twice about her previous review! We were there the same very evening!
