    Wide variety of products but the staff either don’t know the products they have very well or they deliberately try to upsell you on the nicotine concentration. I was looking for 3mg concentration and asked which E-liquids were this concentration and the staff told me that the lowest concentration they have is 11mg and pointed out a few good flavours. I browsed a bit and then found 5mg and 3mg concentrations in a variety of flavours.

    Switched to vaping this year. Store recommended Vaperesso Nano with salt ice. The 2ml pods were hit & miss, with half of them leaking from first fill. Countless feedbacks online with same Vapoesso pod issue. Raised issue with store who suggest new 3ml pods will solve the issue. Purchased 4pack and only x1 pod didn't spew out it's guts on first-fill. Returned to store who gave me x2 new 3ml 4packs and said I wouldn't have that issue with these...how did they know? Tried filling the new pods. Every single one of them leaked from first fill (new out of the box). Took the brand new pod out of box, filled half way with recommended juice, left for 10mins, returned and all the juice is leaked onto the table. I went back to the store and they looked surprised like it's a new issue for them. This product is faulty, you guys know it, but you continue to sell them to unsuspecting customers. Rip off!! Avoid at all costs!!! Get them removed from retail shelves and stop scamming your customers PLEASE!! I've also left my contact phone number with your staff in store x3 times, but no doubt you'll reply here instructing me to contact you...Shoppers be warned

    Update: - Have now had the chance to try a newer NZ supplier who are much, much better. Will never be going back to this chain of over priced stores. Old: - R18 E-Juice & vaping equipment. Love the late opening hours and when I have had a problem they've fixed it. Large selection. Only 4 stars as have very little to compare it with and pricing may be on the high side. Update:
