   My inflatable came off the trailer onto the road. The inflatable tubes were a write off. Neil was my first point of contact. He came back to me on the same day & gave me a quote for a full retube & arranged for me to deliver the boat to their workshop at Dairy Flat. I met Tom on site who was very helpful & arranged to take the tie downs off & unhitch the trailer. Tom rang me within days to confirm that the repair was complete. It was all done in less than a week.

   Absolutely out standing workmanship and true attention to detail. I've been looking for quality 100% NZ built inflatable boats for years. Seafarer inflatables definitely ticked all my boxes, Thomas got my old boat that I thought was gonna go to the dump. He cleaned the hull up and replaced all the tubes. The boat looks brand new now, with up to a 10 year warranty on tubes you can't beat them. 100% recommend.

   Neil was awesome to deal with, he customized the dinghy to our specs, we are running a 9.8 hp tohatsu 2 stroke outboard and had to change the pitch of the propeller from 8.5 to 7 so we could plain with 2 adults a 12kg dog & 25kgs of water. Very happy with our new dinghy, Thanks again Neil
