   I went to this hairdresser yesterday all I wanted is a trim the lady at the front desk was very rude to me. I asked her if I can get my hair shampoo and washed she said you have to wait until 3:30pm. She had an a disgusting attitude at me and also another lady she was Maori with purple curls. I asked her do you think I will ever have my hair straight she said no I don't think Soo and laughed at me. I'm glad I left and didn't get my hair done there. I went to an amazing hairdresser I know. If you want to know the hairdresser please let me know. I had an amazing hair massage and it felt very good and the lady was gentle and cut my hair straight. They even offer you lollipops when you walk in. I am Soo happy now with my hair The picture down below is the lady who was rude and disrespectful to me She had no manners whatsoever

   We visited this salon for our toddler’s haircut as she had previously had haircuts here twice without any issues. This time, a male staff member attempted to cut her hair but stopped within a few minutes without really trying to settle or engage with her. Later, a lady who I assume is the owner intervened and abruptly stopped the haircut, stating that due to “health and safety” they could not proceed. The manner in which this was communicated felt quite rude and dismissive. We were still charged $12 for only trimming the fringe, which took about 2–3 scissor cuts. This felt unreasonable given that the full service was not provided. Very disappointing experience and poor customer handling.

   Very Poor Experience – Overpriced and Unprofessional Service I went to Just Cuts Queensgate and asked for a zero fade, but what I got was definitely not a zero fade — the photos clearly show this. I also paid $67 including a shave, expecting a professional result, but instead left disappointed and embarrassed with a haircut that looked nothing like what I asked for. When I called to explain, the manager told me I had to come back within a week for them to fix it, but refused to offer a refund, even after I explained that I had a business event the next day and couldn’t come back in time. I mentioned my friend would fix it for me, but the manager still wouldn’t show any understanding or flexibility. Mistakes happen — but what really disappointed me was the complete lack of empathy or accountability. For a $67 service, I expected a proper fade and decent customer service, not excuses and rigid policy talk. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this location. If you value your time, appearance, and money, I suggest going somewhere that takes pride in their work and respects their customers.

   Called into Just Cuts and was fortunate to have Rohan as a stylist. He is friendly, very knowledgeable of his craft and takes the time to listen to what you want. One thing that impressed me was that he takes pride in his profession and wants to provide first rate service. Rohan does this and I would recommend him to my friends.

   Have never been able to style my beard properly and have been looking for a good haircutter for quite some time, I decided to visit Just cuts Queensgate and got looked after by Rohan. The guys is super friendly and really knows his stuff, he gave me an excellent beard trim so the week later I decided to return for a haircut and was not disappointed. I highly recommend him to any of my friends as his passion is visible in the work he carries out. Will definitely be returning.
