   18 Aug 2025 - 8:30am I tried to order an Iced Mocha, and the guy serving me took my order and immediately left to make my drink. He comes back with something completely different. I didn't realise and left but when I came back to ask why this wasn’t an Iced Mocha he tells me that Iced Mochas don’t have dairy. Then I showed him their online menu which clearly says “includes dairy” he then proceeds to say I ordered an Iced Americano and that he even confirmed with me before I paid. But he just entered it into the system and left to go make the drink before I had even tapped my card on the eftpos machine. Another guy came and asked what the problem was and then went to go make me another drink and then tried to CHARGE ME AGAIN? When I told him I had already paid he said he’s going to charge just the price difference, but the price of both the drinks were exactly the same. He sighed and passed me the drink with so much attitude and said “ugh here take it free then” bascially pushing me out of the cafe. like wth? Never in my lifetime have I ever experienced customer service like this. Never coming back here again and would not recommend as they tried to manipulate me into thinking I had ordered a iced americano instead of an iced mocha as a result of their actions of working too quickly to get customers out of the cafe so they can go back to doing nothing. Very disappointing

   An excellent Cafe. Pleasant decor, easy to access, pleasant and friendly staff. The food is varied and tasty with the Signature Selection Menu being a decided difference to the normal Coffee Club menu. I especially enjoy the new Lamb Shanks. Yum.

   They charged me $25 for a so-called slim and small pancake, which they named 'GIANT.' The cake was raw and not even cooked properly; the inside was sticky.

   Despite all the recent bad publicity in the NZ Herald about poor quality of food we thought it was average with the coffee being judged as nice . They had plenty of tempting specials on a white board . Unfortunately the service was let down by forgetting an item from our order I had to go back for and ask about and general confusion at the counter by a staff member who had to call the manager to operate the ‘till’

   Ordered the Double Stack Angus Cheese Burger with out Pickles, and I can say that this was an excellent choice. The Angus patties were nice and thick, had the right amount of cheese on it and the tomato relish was just perfect, the only down side was just a little to much mustard. Over all this burger was excellent and I rate it 8.75/10. The service for the delivery of the drinks and food to the table were excellent as both staff members were very polite with smiles on there faces.......

   Overall terrible hospitality. Food came ice cold as we had wait over an hour for food to come. Order was wrong as well as the beef & bacon burger had no beef. My smoothie wash line was significantly lower to other beverage we got served in the same cup. As someone who works in the industry this is an example of horrible franchising. Delivery driver even dropped off to the wrong house. I don’t know how so much can go wrong. Never ordering from here again

   The white mocha was pretty good and so was the scone. Half of the outlets were not working though and wifi is only free for 2 hours (really, in 2023?). It can be very loud and busy during lunch time.
