   Disgusting people to deal with brought some numbing cream put it's on for 1 hour before I needed it no numb try it again still no numb found out you don't need me to put on for 20 minutes did that still no numb ask them for my money back they told me to go get they don't stand behind their product but they really going to off me another tube of bitter stuff for $180 I would not deal with these people they are rip offs and they sell product they do not stand behind without money back guarantee rip off people

   I’d like to put 0 stars! I have been getting my WDT (thyroid extract) from Optimus for the last 18 months or so. The last few prescriptions have not been effective. I have experienced extreme symptoms over the last few months and have blood test results stating how much they have dropped which I have shared with them. There is no other changes in my health. Optimus have been of no help what so ever even though they have admitted they have had issues with a few other clients and are thinking of changes! It’s not worth the money you might save from going to more expensive compounding pharmacies. DO NOT Recommend!!!

   Poor customer service and rude people!! Fabricators! I rang them and said that they send an email to me that the atropine eye drops is ready to be picked up but no email received!!! The person who answered the phone said she will send the invoice the next day because it can’t be done on the day I rang and did not even email it to me! It should be closed or someone else can provide good service for people’s rare medication!

   Trying to get atropine for my son that he uses every day (we can't get it anywhere else in NZ) and they are already closed for Christmas (09/12/22)! Don't reopen until Jan 2023. Excellent customer service....not. Under previous management this service was faultless. This lot are rubbish; not the only issue we've had with them.

   I tried to get a quote for a prescription that Compound Labs has been filling I emailed twice and got half an answer each time. When I rang they were no more helpful only insulting and rude.
