   I can’t recommend Ildy at M11 highly enough. She really takes the time to listen and genuinely understands what will and won’t work for my hair. The colour is always thoughtfully done, beautifully blended, and never brassy — which is no small feat with my fine porous hair that loves to throw warmth. The overall experience is relaxed and professional, and I always leave feeling a million dollars.    I got my hair cut by Ildy a while ago. I was super nervous because I was wanting a big cut. However, she made me feel super comfortable and I felt like she knew exactly what she was doing. I love my new haircut. The only reason it wasn’t a 5/5 was because it was a little bit more expensive than I was expecting but I did get a lot cut off.

A complete gentlemen, very chill, professional, caring and obviously skilled at his art of hair, but also putting me at ease and reassuring me that the psoriasis that I’m currently experiencing is nothing to be ashamed of.    I should have written this a long time ago. I have been a client for over three years now and if I could, I would have put more stars. Service, talent and skills of the team are not comparable to the rest. I've had my hair treated at salons globally. My first visit to the salon, my hair was beyond damaged. Naturally dark roots to bleach blonde - you see the sad picture. Fast forward to now, I've been able to keep my blonde locks with the help of the team (Leo especially) using careful colouring techniques / treatment and the assistance of hair extensions. Started with tape ins, and today, I had the opportunity to try Great Lengths hair extensions. Natural, while adding a bright, dimensional tone overall without the damage. I LOVE my hair. Highly recommend ✨️

   This is definitely one of the most sophisticated hair salons I've been to. The space is clean and modern, the stylists were professional and talented. I was greeted with a drinks menu and sparkling water upon arrival, and was attended to immediately despite arriving early. Riffat was experienced and confident, she understood my vision and made recommendations based on my hair type, color and facial features. The experience was fantastic and I'll be sticking with her for all future appointments.

   Went last year for my birthday to try a new style. They got distracted while the bleach was processing (and they went for lunch) and they clearly over did it. I had requested blended colors and they gave me vertical strips of color that didn't set well because of the bleach. Half was done by the stylist I booked and the other half was done by a junior. I was in the chair for hours and left disappointed and with a sore lower back.
