   Had a horrible experience here today. I was referred to this nail salon by one of my good friends. It was two of my daughter's first time having their nails done. I booked a week before and specified what type of nails were required. We arrived early and were seen on time. However my second daughter was not seen until almost an hour past our appointment. My other daughter confirmed what type of nails she wanted and I also explained. We were told that this would take too long and that they didn't have time, even though I had specified this at the time of booking the appointment. My seond daughter's nails were done within 10 minutes and very poorly. We left with average nails that weren't what we had asked for and still paid a reasonable amount of money. I would not recommend going here again, highly disappointed.

   Helen and her team offer a great service, do a great job and even offer you coffee and tea. I always go to them to get powder on my nails and shellac on my toenails and I would never go anywhere else due to the great job and service they offer. Thank you Helen and team

   I arrived at this salon with damaged and broken nails which I had, had done overseas. Helen did my nails and was both gentle and reassuring. She made me feel confident despite my nails being really sore. She did an amazing job of repairing split nails and applied a perfect French manicure. I would be happy to recommend this salon after a number of terrible experiences in NZ and overseas.

   Absolutely amazing service and attention to detail. The owner and staff are super friendly, warm and welcoming. They go above and beyond to ensure your comfort and kids are treated with kindness and care. My little one had her nails done at no cost. She has become a favorite with the ladies.    Such lovely ladies that work there. Always make you feel so comfortable and relaxed and they do an amazing job doing manicures and pedicures. Also the owner does my eyebrow waxing and im always happy with how they turn out. Highly recommend

   Friendly ladies, went in for a 9am wax on Friday so I could get served straight away. The lady I was with probably doesn't do waxes often so it was a bit of a process which is OK if you're patient. If this might bother you, you may want to consider Day Spas nearby. Was priced well though.

   Just had my nails done by the gorgeous Helen! I was greeted with a smile, discussed options then told the price. Not only was Helen a delight to chat to but she did an AMAZING job of my nails. Service is 5 star offering you a beverage on arrival. Attention to detail and professionalism 5 stars too! Love that she offers suggestions for colours as I always get stuck deciding. NAM also offers a loyalty prog. This is what a nail salon should be like! Can’t rave enough about this place!!!
