They always do a great job of my nails! Took my kids for pedicures too and they were so lovely and took great care of us all
Extremely average job done on my nails. I did not feel like a valued customer. They do not paint low enough on your nails, you leave looking like your nails have already been growing out a week. The first time this happenwd i thought prehaps i had just struxl a bad technician at Britomart branch but after it also happening in Newmarket, I jist felt like they werw pushing us through as fast as they could with zero care. Add to that, thw dirst nail chipped within 2 days, 2 weeks later almost all are chipped. I usually with my regular salon in Kerikeri get at least 2 weeks of perfect looking nails (and for cheaper)
The manicurist damaged my hand while shaping my nails. The finished surface is uneven and the nail shape lacks fullness. I do not consider this to be worth ninety-five dollars.
Horrible experience, I had my nails done 4 days ago and noticed chipping and lifting very quickly. I went back to get them fixed, she seemed happy to help. Once I sat down she blamed me for the chipping and lifting. She wasn’t able to find the same nail polish as used before, we looked at a few and said “I’m not sure”. She went onto painting my nails a completely different colour to the original nails. Leaving me with different colours on different nails. I am so shocked with this experience and would NEVER go back
Very disappointed. I was getting my nails done with builder gel for a few months but decided it was too much upkeep so I got it removed yesterday. She literally just ripped it off my nails and destroyed my natural nails in the process. I was trying to trust the process and thought surely she’s not done but then asked if I wanted clear polish. They looked awful so I got a color too. Barely lasted 24 hours before the color started chipping and my nails started literally breaking. $35 for this? Really?
